[왓처데일리] 서울대학교병원 장기이식센터가 10월 5일 오전 8시 30분부터 오후 4시 50분까지 의생명연구원 1층 강당에서 국제 심포지엄을 개최한다.
이번 심포지엄은 기초 면역학으로 시작해서 다양한 장기이식 분야에서의 혈액형 부적합 현황과 논점들에 대해 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
첫 번째 세션에는 ‘Basic Immunology of anti-carbohydrate antibody response’ 란 주제 하에 ▲Generation of anti-ABO antibody(김태진, 성균관의대) ▲Anti-ABO humoral response in animal models(Hideki Ohdan, 히로시마대) ▲Mass spectrometric analysis of pig glycome repertoire for successful xenotransplantation(김병기, 서울공대) 등이 발표된다.
또한 세 번째 세션에는 ‘New and Old Therapeutic Options for ABO incompatible transplantation’란 주제 하에 ▲Current therapeutic options and limitations for Antibody Mediated Rejection(박수길, 울산의대) ▲Upcoming therapeutic options for humoral immunity(정준호, 서울의대)등이 발표된다.
네 번째 세션에는 ‘Clinical Protocols for ABO incompatible liver transplantation’란 주제 하에 ▲서울대병원의 혈액형 부적합 간이식(이광웅, 서울의대) ▲혈액형 부적합 간이식에서 현재 논점들(송기원, 울산의대) 등이 발표된다.
끝으로 다섯 번째 세션에는 ‘Clinical Protocols for ABO incompatible kidney transplantation’란 주제 하에 ▲서울대병원의 혈액형 부적합 신이식(양재석, 서울의대) ▲교환이식 대 혈액형 부적합 신이식(허규하, 연세의대) ▲혈액형 부적합 신이식에서 현재 논점들(정병하, 카톨릭의대) 등이 발표된다.
